We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to own brand visuals and marketing creative across digital and print channels.
This is not just a task-based design role.
You’ll be responsible for:

What You’ll Own
1. Marketing & Campaign Design
Design visuals for:
- Social media
- Email campaigns
- Ads and presentations
Create high-quality assets that support marketing and sales initiatives
Design creatives optimized for:
- Engagement
- Click-through
- Brand recall
2. Brand Identity & Consistency
Build and maintain:
- Brand guidelines
- Typography
- Color systems
- Visual identity
Ensure consistency across all platforms and formats
Strengthen brand recognition across campaigns
3. Digital Design
Create:
- Web banners
- Landing page graphics
- Digital ad creatives
Optimize assets for:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Display Network
4. Print & Marketing Collateral
Design:
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Posters
- Event materials
Ensure print-ready formats and high-quality outputs
5. Motion & Creative Enhancements
Create:
- Simple animations
- GIFs
- Motion graphics
Use tools like:
- Adobe After Effects
6. Collaboration & Execution
Work with:
- Marketing
- Product
- Sales teams
Align visuals with messaging and campaign goals
Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively
7. Asset Management & Delivery
Package and deliver files in:
- AI, PSD, PNG, PDF formats
Maintain clean and organized asset libraries
Ensure easy access and reusability of assets
What You Bring
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Branding work
- Marketing creatives
Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience designing for:
- Digital + print
Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice to Have
Motion design or video editing experience
Familiarity with:
- Figma
- Canva
Background in:
- SaaS
- Marketing agencies
- E-commerce
Understanding of:
- Marketing KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions)
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Review design requests and campaign briefs
- Create marketing and brand assets
- Collaborate with teams on messaging alignment
- Revise designs based on feedback
- Prepare files for delivery and campaigns
