About the Role
We are hiring a Graphic Designer & Landing Page Developer who can bridge the gap between creative design and performance marketing.
This role is focused on creating high-quality visual assets and building conversion-driven landing pages that directly impact campaign performance. You will not only design but also develop and launch pages, ensuring everything is optimized for user experience and conversions.
The ideal candidate is both creative and execution-focused—someone who understands that design is not just about aesthetics, but about driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
Creative Design Execution
- Design high-quality digital assets including ad creatives, social media graphics, banners, and email visuals
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Translate campaign ideas into visually compelling and performance-driven designs
Landing Page Design & Development
- Design modern, clean, and conversion-focused landing pages
- Develop and launch landing pages using no-code/low-code tools (Webflow, Framer, or similar)
- Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Conversion Optimization & UX
- Optimize layouts for clarity, usability, and conversions
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve engagement and performance
- Continuously refine and improve landing pages based on feedback and performance insights
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with marketing and internal teams to execute campaign ideas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Update and iterate on existing landing pages and creative assets

Required Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Proficiency in at least one design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Proven experience designing conversion-focused landing pages ( portfolio required)
- Hands-on experience creating digital marketing assets (ads, social, banners, email creatives)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Ability to independently develop and launch landing pages (not just design)
- Experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code/low-code platforms
- Strong eye for brand consistency and visual quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Ideal Experience
- Experience working within a marketing or growth-focused team
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for landing pages
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, React, or Next.js is a plus)
- Experience with tools like Git/GitHub or advanced prototyping tools

- Design ad creatives and marketing assets for ongoing campaigns
