This is not a traditional investment banking role.

Deal Pipeline & CRM Management (Primary Focus)
Own and manage the deal pipeline inside HubSpot CRM
Track:
- inbound interest
- investor responses
- ongoing follow-ups
- next steps
Maintain accurate:
- deal stages
- notes
- tasks
- reminders
- pipeline updates
Send proactive follow-ups on slow-moving opportunities
Manage long sales cycles ( 6β12+ months) with consistency
Flag urgent priorities and ensure leadership visibility
Deal Execution & Operational Support
Maintain and update:
- Excel tracking sheets
- deal reports
- operational dashboards
Organize deal data into:
- clean summaries
- visual reports
- structured updates
Support preparation of:
- pitch materials
- investor updates
- internal reporting
- deal summaries
Coordinate scheduling for:
- investor meetings
- leadership calls
- deal discussions
Administrative & Coordination Support
Ensure no:
- communication

Track:
