What You’ll Own
Financial Modeling & Valuation
Build and maintain advanced financial models, including:
- DCF models
- LBO models
- Merger models
- Operating models
Conduct:
- Comparable company analysis
- Precedent transaction analysis
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis
Evaluate:
- Valuation assumptions
- Transaction structures
- Financing impacts
Support strategic recommendations through quantitative analysis
M&A & Transaction Execution
Support live:
- Buy-side transactions
- Sell-side transactions
- Capital raises
- Strategic advisory engagements
Coordinate:
- Due diligence requests
- Transaction timelines
- Client deliverables
Manage:
- Virtual data rooms
- Due diligence trackers
- Deal documentation workflows
Liaise with:
- Lawyers
- Accountants
- Consultants
- Client stakeholders
Pitch Books & Investor Materials
Draft and refine:
- Pitch books
- Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs)
- Teasers
- Management presentations
- Investor decks
Prepare polished client-facing materials with exceptional attention to detail
Translate complex financial analysis into executive-ready presentations
Research & Market Analysis
Conduct:
- Industry research

Incorporate findings into:

Maintain:

Requirements
Must-Have Experience
2–4 years of experience in:
- Investment Banking
- Corporate Finance
- Private Equity
- Transaction Advisory
Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Financial modeling
- Valuation analysis
- Scenario modeling
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
Strong understanding of:
- DCF valuation
- LBO analysis
- Comparable company analysis
- Precedent transaction analysis
Experience using:
- Bloomberg
- Capital IQ
- FactSet
- PitchBook
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, CFA, or CPA designation preferred
Experience with:
- Buy-side transactions
- Sell-side transactions
- Capital raising engagements
Exposure to industries such as:

Prior leadership or mentorship experience with analysts

- Prepare senior bankers for client meetings and negotiations
- Support live transaction execution across multiple workstreams
