About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to support CRM management, list building, campaign operations, marketing reporting, and workflow optimization.
This is a hands-on marketing operations role focused on maintaining clean data, supporting campaign execution, improving reporting accuracy, and ensuring marketing systems remain organized and scalable.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing to strengthen operational processes, improve CRM reliability, and support high-performing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Marketing Data Management
Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene and data accuracy
Audit, clean, and standardize marketing databases
Manage:
- Lead records
- Segmentation
- Duplicate cleanup
- Field consistency
- Campaign attribution
Ensure CRM data remains accurate, organized, and campaign-ready
Support reporting visibility across marketing systems
List Building & Prospect Research
Build targeted prospect lists using:
- ZoomInfo
- Apollo
- Similar prospecting tools
Validate and enrich prospect data
Segment audiences by:
- Industry
- Job title
- Geography
- Company size
- Campaign criteria
Support outbound marketing and lead generation initiatives
Campaign Operations & Reporting
Support execution of:
- Email campaigns
- Nurture workflows
- Outbound marketing campaigns
Maintain campaign tracking and reporting systems
Ensure proper tagging, attribution, and performance tracking
Improve reporting accuracy and operational visibility
Marketing Operations & Process Improvement
Document and maintain marketing SOPs and workflows
Support marketing operations within:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Pardot / Account Engagement
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Help create scalable and repeatable marketing processes
SEO & Website Support
Conduct basic website and SEO audits
Support:
- Content updates
- Metadata optimization
- Keyword implementation
- Internal linking improvements
Assist with CMS updates and website maintenance
Maintain competitor research and tracking documentation
Content & Marketing Support
Assist with:
- Email formatting
- Campaign setup
- Content publishing
- Marketing asset coordination
Support Canva templates and marketing collateral updates
Ensure consistency across marketing materials
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
Experience with:
- Salesforce CRM
- CRM management
- Data hygiene
- Segmentation
- Reporting
Experience using:
- Pardot / Account Engagement
- HubSpot
- Similar marketing automation platforms
Experience with:
- ZoomInfo
- Apollo
- Prospecting and list-building tools
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation abilities
Strong written English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment during CST business hours
