About the Role
We’re hiring an Marketing Automation Specialist to drive lead generation through content, funnels, and smart automation.
This is a hands-on marketing role focused on creating content, building simple funnels, and using tools like GoHighLevel and ManyChat to capture and convert leads efficiently.
You will be responsible for turning content into leads, managing follow-ups through automation, and continuously improving the overall marketing performance.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine content, marketing tools, and automation to generate consistent inbound leads — without overcomplicating the process.
What You’ll Own
AI Content Engine & Repurposing
- Turn one piece of raw content into 10+ assets using AI tools.
- Create and batch 7 days of content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, etc.) in 1–2 focused sessions.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HeyGen) for writing, editing, and scaling content production.
- Ensure content is aligned with funnel goals, not just engagement.
Marketing Automation & Lead Systems
- Build and manage lead capture systems, pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Create and optimize email/SMS follow-ups and nurturing sequences.
- Develop AI-driven chat flows and automation systems inside GoHighLevel.
- Ensure zero lead leakage through structured automation and tracking.
Funnel Building & Conversion Optimization
- Build high-converting landing pages and funnels connected to booking systems.
- Optimize funnel performance to increase booked calls and conversions.
- Continuously test and improve messaging, structure, and user flow.
Instagram & ManyChat Automation
- Build and manage Instagram DM automation systems using ManyChat.
- Set up keyword triggers, lead capture flows, and automated responses.
- Turn engagement into leads through structured automation systems.
Video Content Creation
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, clips) from raw material.
- Repurpose long-form or raw content into engaging video formats.
- Support basic editing using tools like CapCut, Descript, or similar.
System Optimization & Efficiency
- Identify manual workflows and replace them with automated systems.
- Continuously improve systems to increase output and reduce effort.
- Run weekly optimizations across funnels, automations, and content systems.
Paid Ads
- Launch and manage simple Facebook/Instagram lead generation campaigns.
- Support scaling of paid efforts once organic systems are optimized.
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, CRM, automations).
- Strong experience with ManyChat (Instagram automation and lead capture flows).
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HeyGen) for content creation and workflows.
- Experience building and managing lead generation funnels.
- Ability to batch, create, and schedule multi-platform content efficiently.
- Experience creating or repurposing short-form video content.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
