Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter)
Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies.
Own campaign setup including:
- Account structure
- Audience targeting
- Conversion tracking
- Creative direction
Write and test high-converting ad copy and creatives.
Align messaging across:
- Paid media
- Landing pages
- Content funnels
Optimization & Scaling
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize proactively.
Improve key metrics:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPL
- CPA
- ROAS
- Conversion rates
Run structured A/B tests across:
- Ad creatives
- Headlines
- Audiences
- Bidding strategies
- Landing pages
Identify and scale profitable acquisition channels.
Stay updated on:
- Platform algorithm changes
- Attribution updates
- Privacy regulations
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
Track performance using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Platform dashboards
Audit and troubleshoot:
- Pixel setups
- Conversion tracking
- Attribution models
- UTM structures
Build reports focused on:
- Insights
- Trends
- Optimization recommendations

Translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and user behavior.
- Improve landing page conversion rates and UX.
- Optimize retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
- Focus on both lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with:

Requirements
Must-Have
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
Proven experience managing:

- LinkedIn Ads
Strong background in B2B lead generation.

- Funnel optimization

Advanced experience with:
