Paid Media Campaign Management
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Display & retargeting platforms
Develop campaigns for:
- lead generation
- sales/conversions
- brand awareness
- remarketing
Manage:
- campaign structure
- targeting
- bidding strategies
- audience segmentation
- budget allocation
Campaign Optimization & Scaling
Monitor campaigns daily and make real-time performance adjustments
Optimize:
- CPC
- CPL
- CPA
- CTR
- ROAS
Continuously improve:
- audience targeting
- ad relevance
- conversion performance
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
Identify underperforming campaigns and troubleshoot issues proactively
Creative Testing & Funnel Optimization
Run ongoing A/B testing on:
- ad copy
- headlines
- creatives
- landing pages
- CTAs
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing assets
Provide data-backed recommendations to improve:
- messaging
- creative direction

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution
Implement and maintain:

Ensure accurate tracking across:

β Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
Strong experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
Proven ability to:
- scale campaigns profitably

Strong understanding of:
- PPC
- attribution models
- conversion tracking
- funnel optimization
Experience using:
