About the Role

We’re hiring a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.

You will manage campaigns across:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube and display platforms
  • Retargeting and paid acquisition channels

This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only.

What You’ll Own

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:

    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • YouTube Ads
    • Display and retargeting platforms
  • Develop campaigns focused on:

    • Lead generation
    • Sales and conversions
    • Brand awareness
    • Remarketing
  • Manage:

    • Campaign structure
    • Audience targeting
    • Budget allocation
    • Bid strategies
    • Audience segmentation

Campaign Optimization & Scaling

  • Monitor campaigns daily and make performance adjustments in real time

  • Optimize:

    • CPC
    • CPL
    • CPA
    • CTR
    • ROAS
  • Improve:

    • Audience targeting
    • Ad relevance
    • Funnel performance
    • Conversion rates
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability

  • Identify and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns proactively

Creative Testing & Funnel Optimization

  • Run structured A/B tests on:

    • Headlines
    • Ad copy
    • Creatives
    • Landing pages
    • CTAs
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams on high-performing assets

  • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve:

    • Messaging
    • Creative direction
    • Conversion rates

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

  • Implement and maintain:

    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Meta Pixel
    • Conversion tracking systems
    • Attribution setups
  • Ensure accurate tracking across:

    • Paid campaigns
    • Funnels
    • Landing pages
  • Analyze:

    • User behavior
    • Funnel drop-offs
    • Conversion paths
  • Use insights to improve ROI and campaign efficiency

Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Prepare:

    • Weekly performance reports
    • Campaign summaries
    • Optimization recommendations
  • Track and report on:

    • CTR
    • CPC
    • CPL
    • CPA
    • ROAS
    • Conversion rates
  • Present actionable insights and scaling opportunities to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:

    • Marketing teams
    • Designers
    • Content teams
    • Sales teams
  • Align paid media efforts with business and revenue goals

  • Support integrated campaigns combining:

    • Paid media
    • SEO
    • Email marketing
    • Organic content

  • Strong understanding of:

    • PPC
    • Attribution models
    • Conversion tracking

  • Experience with:

    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Ideal Experience

  • Experience with:
