**Position:** Product Designer - UX/UI & Design Systems
**Type:** Full-Time Remote | Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours
**Location:** Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico
**About This Opportunity:**
Join a growing company as their Product Designer and shape the end-to-end experience of digital products. Balance user-centered design principles with business objectives while producing designs that are functional, intuitive, and scalable across web and mobile platforms.
**What You’ll Do:**
• Conduct user research including interviews, usability studies, and data analysis to identify needs and pain points
• Create personas, user journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions and product strategy
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems including typography, color palettes, icons, and reusable components
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) are incorporated into all designs across devices and platforms
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define scope, priorities, and accurate implementation
• Run A/B tests on UI variations and gather user feedback to validate design improvements
• Deliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile interfaces with detailed interaction specifications
• Partner with development teams using handoff tools like Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or InVision Inspect
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance data
**What You Bring:**
• 2+ years professional product design experience with strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing problem-solving and craftsmanship
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing and prototyping
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts for web and mobile
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with design system creation and maintenance across product teams
• Experience working in Agile environments with product managers and development teams
• Strong communication skills with ability to defend design decisions using data and user insights
• Background in SaaS platforms, consumer apps, or enterprise tools (preferred)
• Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better collaboration (preferred)
• Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Optimizely (preferred)
