This role goes beyond visuals.

Build and maintain:
- Design systems
- Component libraries
- UI standards
Define:
- Typography

Ensure consistency across all product surfaces
Accessibility & Usability
Design aligned with:
- WCAG 2.1
Ensure:
- Cross-device usability
- Inclusive user experiences
Experimentation & Optimization
Run A/B tests on:
- UI variations
- Flows
- Interactions
Use insights to:
- Improve engagement
- Reduce friction
- Increase conversions
Collaboration & Handoff
Work closely with:
- Product Managers
- Engineers
Deliver developer-ready assets using:
- Figma Dev Mode
- Zeplin
Provide clear specs and interaction details

Required Experience & Skills
2+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating:

Experience with:

- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- Responsive design
Understanding of:
- UX principles
- Usability testing
- Accessibility

Familiarity with:
- Design systems at scale
Basic front-end knowledge:
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
