CRM Management & Sales Operations
Maintain accurate CRM records within:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Zoho CRM
- Pipedrive
Update:
- leads
- contacts
- opportunities
- pipeline stages
- activity notes
Remove duplicates and maintain CRM hygiene
Ensure pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy
Support overall sales operations and workflow organization
Scheduling & Sales Coordination
Schedule:
- sales calls
- demos
- follow-ups
- internal meetings
Coordinate across multiple time zones using:
- Google Calendar
- Outlook
- Calendly
Manage scheduling logistics and confirmations
Ensure sales reps are prepared with:
- meeting context
- materials
- agendas
Organize follow-ups and internal coordination activities
Proposal & Document Support
Prepare, format, and proofread:
- proposals
- quotes
- sales presentations
- client-facing documents
Support RFP and RFI responses using templates and existing materials
Create polished sales assets using:
- Google Slides
- PowerPoint
- Canva
Maintain organized document structures and version control
Reporting & Pipeline Tracking
Generate:
- weekly sales reports
- pipeline dashboards
- KPI tracking updates
Track:
- pipeline activity
- conversion metrics
- sales performance indicators
Ensure leadership has clear visibility into sales operations and reporting
Communication & Follow-Ups
Draft professional:
- follow-up emails
- meeting summaries

Support inbound lead coordination and routing
Maintain responsive and organized communication across teams and prospects
Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with:

Core Requirements
1β2 years of experience in:
- sales support
- administrative support

Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform:
- Salesforce

- Zoho CRM
- Pipedrive
Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
Proficiency with:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
Strong written English communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
