Send high-quality outbound emails, follow up relentlessly, and book meetings consistently.

What You’ll Own
Outbound Email Outreach (Primary Focus)
Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns daily
Personalize messaging to improve response and reply rates
Continuously refine messaging using tools like
- ChatGPT
Test subject lines, angles, and CTAs for performance
Outbound Calling (Secondary Support)
- Conduct targeted calls to priority prospects
- Reinforce email campaigns with call-based follow-ups
- Engage prospects to increase conversion rates
Lead Management & Follow-Ups
- Manage leads across structured outbound sequences
- Ensure no lead is missed
- Maintain consistent follow-ups across long sales cycles
Prospect Qualification & Meeting Booking
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
- Book meetings for the sales team efficiently
- Ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives
CRM Management & Pipeline Tracking
Maintain clean data in:
- HubSpot
- (or similar CRM tools)
Log all activities, notes, and next steps
Track engagement and pipeline movement
Performance Optimization
- Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics
- Improve messaging based on results
- Maintain consistent activity levels

Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience
- Proven experience as an Outbound SDR (email-heavy preferred)
- Experience executing structured outbound sequences
Core Skills
- Excellent written English (error-free, professional)
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
- Ability to work toward daily/weekly activity targets
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
Nice to Have
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for personalization
Experience targeting U.S. or UK markets
Familiarity with outbound tools like:
- Apollo.io
- Outreach.io
Cold calling experience
