About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with a strong background in property management sales to help grow our client base and convert inbound opportunities into new business.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and converting property management leads provided by the company. This is not a prospecting role. Instead, your focus will be on rapid lead response, persistent follow-up, relationship building, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate has prior experience selling property management services or working within the property management industry, is highly confident on the phone, and can effectively communicate with U.S.-based clients.
Success in this role depends heavily on speed to contact, consistent follow-up, strong sales conversations, and the ability to build trust quickly with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
- Contact and follow up with inbound and provided property management leads to convert inquiries into signed clients.
- Conduct high-quality sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored property management solutions.
- Build trust and credibility with potential clients through clear communication and strong relationship-building.
- Consistently move prospects through the sales pipeline toward closing.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management
- Execute persistent follow-up strategies to ensure every lead is properly nurtured.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients to increase conversion opportunities.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and call activity within the CRM system.
- Track lead status, follow-up schedules, and deal progress.
- Ensure all lead information and sales activities are properly documented.
Collaboration & Market Awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
- Stay informed on property management industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding lead quality and sales opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills (Minimum)
- Proven experience in property management sales or a closely related industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles.
- Strong experience managing leads and sales pipelines using CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with U.S.-based clients.
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation and professional phone communication.
- Strong ability to conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and client consultations.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ideal Experience & Skills
- Experience selling property management services to property owners or real estate investors.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients in a remote sales role.
- Familiarity with property management operations or real estate investment markets.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining consistent follow-up.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A Business Development Manager’s day focuses on converting incoming opportunities into new clients.
You will review and contact new leads quickly, conduct sales calls with potential clients, follow up with prospects who are still evaluating services, update CRM records, and work toward closing new property management contracts.
In essence: your role is to turn interested property owners into long-term clients through strong communication, fast response times, and consistent follow-up.
