About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation across multiple campaigns. You’ll engage prospects through phone, email, and text outreach while helping move qualified opportunities through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Identify and engage prospective leads for assigned campaigns.
- Build rapport quickly and maintain professional conversations.
- Follow structured outreach cadences and prospecting workflows.
- Consistently achieve daily outreach activity goals.
Lead Qualification
- Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria.
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest.
- Gather relevant information and determine next steps.
- Advance qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Deliver a positive and professional prospect experience.
Inbound Lead Follow-Up
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing and outreach efforts.
- Conduct qualification conversations and determine next steps.
- Maintain communication until a clear outcome is reached.
- Ensure timely and professional follow-up.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect data.
- Log call notes, outreach activities, and lead status updates.
- Track follow-ups and pipeline progression.
- Support reporting through consistent activity tracking.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate handoffs of qualified opportunities to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
- Share prospect insights and market feedback.
- Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach effectiveness.
Performance & Goal Achievement
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Achieve qualification and conversion goals.
- Follow established sales processes and best practices.
- Continuously improve communication and prospecting skills.
Requirements
