Weβre hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our B2B growth engine.
This is not a coordination role.
You will:
- Drive pipeline, leads, and revenue
- Own paid + organic + outbound channels
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing systems
- Work directly with leadership to scale growth

π What Youβll Own
1. B2B Growth & Demand Generation (Core Focus)
Build and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies
Drive MQL β SQL β pipeline growth
Own both:
- Inbound (content, SEO, organic)
- Outbound (email, LinkedIn, campaigns)
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Build scalable growth systems, not one-off campaigns
2. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Manage campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Optimize for:
- CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
Run structured testing across:
- Audiences
- Creatives
- Messaging
- Landing pages
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
3. Content, SEO & Organic Growth
Support SEO strategy + keyword targeting
Improve organic traffic and inbound demand
Align messaging across:
- Paid
- Organic
- Outbound
Optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion
4. CRM, Email & Marketing Operations
Own marketing workflows in:
- HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Build:
- Nurture sequences
- Lead scoring systems
- Automation workflows
Improve:
- Attribution
- Reporting visibility
- Campaign analytics
5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely with sales on pipeline and revenue targets
- Present performance insights to leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors
- Identify and fix execution bottlenecks
- Help scale the marketing function

Must-Have
5+ years in B2B digital marketing / growth marketing
Proven track record driving:
- Pipeline growth
- Qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs)
- Revenue impact
Strong experience with:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Experience managing multi-channel demand generation
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
