Social Media Manager (Organic Growth, Community Engagement, Content Strategy) – Remote | U.S. Hours

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to lead organic growth, content execution, and community engagement across:

  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn

What You’ll Own

1. Content Publishing & Scheduling

  • Publish videos and posts created by the internal team

  • Optimize:

    • Timing
    • Format
    • Frequency per platform
  • Manage and maintain a structured content calendar

  • Ensure consistent output across all channels

2. Community Management (High Priority)

  • Respond to every comment and DM across platforms
  • Maintain fast response times (especially within the first hour of posting)
  • Build active engagement with the audience
  • Drive conversations — not just replies

3. Brand Voice & Copywriting

  • Write engaging captions tailored to each platform

  • Maintain a tone that is:

    • Sharp
    • Witty
    • Fun
    • Knowledgeable when needed
  • Adapt messaging based on audience behavior

4. Organic Growth & Engagement

  • Increase:

    • Comments
    • Shares
    • Conversations
  • Identify opportunities to:

    • Spark discussions
    • Improve reach organically
  • Continuously refine content approach based on performance

5. Content Calendar & Execution Discipline

  • Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content schedules
  • Ensure no gaps in posting consistency
  • Align content with broader marketing goals

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (organic focus)

  • Experience managing multiple platforms:

    • YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Strong copywriting skills (captions, tone, voice)

  • Experience with:

    • Community engagement
    • Audience interaction
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with:

    • Content creators or media teams
  • Understanding of:

    • Viral content patterns
    • Platform algorithms
  • Experience growing accounts organically

  • Background in:

    • SaaS
    • Media
    • Consumer brands

  • Publish and schedule content across platforms
  • Monitor posts and respond to comments and DMs
  • Engage actively within the first hour after posting
  • Write and refine captions
  • Update and manage the content calendar
  • Track engagement and adjust strategy
