We’re hiring a Video Editor to create high-quality, engaging video content across marketing, social media, and internal communications.
This is not just editing — this is a content performance role.
You’ll turn raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos that drive engagement, retention, and results.

What You’ll Own
Video Editing & Content Creation (Primary Focus)
Edit raw footage into compelling, structured videos
Use tools like:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
Ensure strong pacing, storytelling, and smooth transitions
Align edits with brand tone and campaign goals
Footage Organization & Workflow
- Import, organize, and manage raw footage
- Maintain clean project files and version control
- Ensure assets are easy to locate and reuse
Graphics, Motion & Visual Enhancements
Add:
- Titles
- Lower thirds
- Captions
- Motion graphics
Use tools like:
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
Maintain strong brand consistency across all videos
Audio & Color Optimization
Clean and balance audio:
- Dialogue clarity
- Noise reduction
- Sound levels
Add music and sound effects (licensed)
Perform color correction and grading for consistency
Multi-Platform Optimization (Critical)
Export videos for:
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- Websites
Adapt formats:
- 16:9
- 9:16
- 1:1
Optimize for:
- File size
- Quality
- Platform performance
Collaboration & Feedback Cycles
Work with marketing and creative teams
Manage revisions using:
- Frame.io
Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
Performance & Content Improvement
Review video performance:

Apply insights to improve future edits

Required Experience & Skills
2+ years professional video editing experience
Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
Experience with:
- Audio syncing and cleanup
- Color correction
- Exporting for social platforms
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
Nice to Have
Motion graphics experience:
- Adobe After Effects
Experience with:
- Paid ads / performance marketing videos
- UGC-style content
Understanding of:
- CTR
- Engagement

Experience in:
