Founded in 2012, we are a FinTech company offering a financial wellness platform for employees. Our main service is Earned Wage Access (EWA), which lets employees get their earned but unpaid wages before payday. The platform also gives users tools for budgeting, saving, and managing debt, along with discounts and financial counseling. Users can transfer wages to their bank or card, or get cash; the funds are then deducted from their next paycheck.

We also issue the Payactiv Visa Card (Prepaid and Payroll Card) through Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC. If users direct deposit at least $200 per pay period to their Payactiv Visa Card, they can access EWA fee-free.

We serve thousands of employees in various industries, including restaurants, factories, hospitals, and retail. Our clients include Walmart, Alorica, Uber, TTEC, and Hilton. We’ve moved over $5 billion in wages, saving workers an estimated $400 million in fees. Over 1,500 companies use our services, reaching more than 2 million people.

For businesses, we integrate with existing time and attendance systems to provide EWA as an employee benefit at no cost to the employer.
