We provide earned wage access (EWA) and financial wellness solutions for deskless workforces and small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Our platform includes Wages On-Demand, which lets employees access a portion of their earned wages before payday. We also offer a financial wellness platform with educational courses, insights, and alerts to help improve financial health and reduce stress. It also features ‘Perks’ to help employees save on daily necessities and a ‘Rewards and Recognition’ tool for employers to acknowledge their teams.

Our goal is to help businesses improve employee retention, recruitment, and productivity. Employers can use our platform for free. It integrates with over 130 payroll providers, and we hold a SOC 2 Type II certification for security. We were founded in 2016 and operate in the Financial Services industry. In 2023, we were part of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program in Canada and received Partner of the Year at the ADP Marketplace Partner Summit.

Our mission is to save ten million employees ten billion dollars. We also empower small and midsize businesses with financial tools, helping them become more desirable workplaces.
