We founded Moneyhub in 2014. We are a software development company with 51-200 employees.
Our API-first platform provides data services and embedded technologies that help financial institutions. We enable banks, pension providers, wealth managers, and insurers to create personalized financial experiences for their customers by collecting, enriching, and contextualizing customer data. This helps our clients attract and keep customers, reduce costs, increase profits, and improve financial well-being.
Our core offerings include a Categorisation and Enrichment Engine to turn financial data into insights, Data Aggregation for connecting to various customer accounts, Data Explorer for interactive analytics, and Data Insights and Recommendations that use AI for personalized guidance. We also offer Embedded Solutions and Portals for ready-to-use customer journeys and Payments services as a regulated AIS and PIS provider.
Our expertise relies on comprehensive data collection, proprietary AI for categorization (which we’ve applied since the 2010s), and human oversight for ethical AI use. We are regulated by the FCA as a Payment Initiation Service Provider (PISP), an Account Information Service Provider (AISP), and a Credit Information Services Provider (CISP). We are also ISO 27001 certified for security.
