Why Work with Us?

At Pearl, we’re not just another recruiting firm—we connect you with exceptional opportunities to work alongside visionary US and EU founders. Our focus is on placing you in roles where you can grow, make an impact, and build a long-term career. We believe in creating environments where your potential is recognized, your voice matters, and your success is tied to meaningful work—not short-term perks. Joining Pearl means stepping into opportunities that challenge you, support you, and set you up for lasting success.

Role Overview:

The Client Onboarding Lead (Talent Matching Lead) serves as the quality gate between sourcing and hiring. This role ensures that new client engagements begin with clarity, alignment, and strong execution standards, while maintaining a high bar for candidate-to-role matching.

You will lead the evaluation and calibration process that determines which candidates move forward, ensuring speed without compromising quality. The role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with recruiters, sourcers, and client-facing teams to drive clean workflows and strong submission-to-hire ratios.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruiting coordination, client onboarding, or talent operations who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments and takes ownership of measurable outcomes.

Your Impact

You will directly influence time-to-hire, submission quality, and client satisfaction. By enforcing strict evaluation standards and ensuring proper recruiter calibration, you will improve the submission-to-hire ratio and reduce wasted cycles.

Your work will streamline onboarding transitions from sales to recruiting, eliminate ambiguity in job requirements, and create tighter feedback loops between teams. Ultimately, you will strengthen long-term client relationships by ensuring only high-quality, well-aligned candidates move forward.
