Our client is a fast-growing healthcare company focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative medical devices. Operating across direct-to-consumer, physician partnerships, and B2B distribution channels, they are rapidly expanding their footprint in the US healthcare market. The company is building a scalable sales infrastructure to support growing demand and ensure consistent engagement with healthcare providers and partners.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage outbound outreach and account coordination for a portfolio of physician and healthcare partner accounts. You will ensure consistent, personalized communication across existing and prospective accounts to drive engagement and pipeline growth. This role is execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on high-volume outreach, follow-ups, and CRM management. You will work cross-functionally with sales leaders while operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, persistent, detail-oriented, and thrives in structured yet performance-driven workflows.

Your Impact

You will drive consistent engagement across a large portfolio of healthcare accounts, ensuring no opportunities are missed due to lack of follow-up. Your outreach efforts will directly contribute to increased provider adoption, stronger account penetration, and higher meeting conversion rates. By maintaining accurate CRM records and structured outreach workflows, you will improve sales team efficiency and pipeline visibility. Your ability to execute high-volume outreach while maintaining quality will play a key role in scaling the company’s sales operations and expanding its reach within healthcare networks.

Core Responsibilities

Provider Outreach & Prospecting – 40%

  • Execute daily outbound email campaigns to physician offices and healthcare accounts using established templates and sequences
  • Research and identify new prescribers within existing healthcare systems and accounts
  • Initiate outreach to potential B2B partners, including medical equipment distributors
  • Personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates
  • Gradually transition into phone-based outreach as proficiency increases

Account Management & Follow-Up – 35%

  • Maintain consistent follow-up cadence across assigned accounts to ensure ongoing engagement
  • Re-engage inactive or dormant accounts through proactive outreach
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts by targeting additional providers
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales leaders with qualified prospects
  • Escalate complex account issues or blockers to internal stakeholders

CRM & Data Management – 15%

  • Log all outreach activities, responses, and account updates accurately in CRM systems
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date account records, including contacts and notes
  • Monitor data quality and proactively resolve inconsistencies

Ramp-Up & Continuous Learning – 10%

  • Complete onboarding and training on outreach tools and CRM systems
  • Develop product knowledge to improve communication effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members and seek guidance when needed

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or outbound sales (preferably in healthcare or medtech)
  • Proven experience executing high-volume outreach (100+ emails per day)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience with cold calling and following structured outreach scripts
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and maintaining data hygiene
  • Ability to conduct account-based outreach and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Highly accountable with strong ownership and no tolerance for idle time
  • Persistent, resilient, and comfortable with repetitive outreach tasks
  • Strong research skills for sourcing healthcare contacts and account data

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience working with US healthcare providers, clinics, or hospital systems
  • Familiarity with medical device or healthcare sales environments
  • Experience with LinkedIn-based prospecting and engagement tracking
  • Exposure to multi-channel outreach including fax coordination
