Our client is a fast-growing creative agency delivering multimedia content, motion graphics, and video-first storytelling for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. They work across multiple industries and channels, producing high-quality content for digital platforms and social media.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can act as a “Swiss Army Knife” creative—owning the end-to-end video production and post-production process. This role is heavily focused on video storytelling, motion graphics, and delivering polished, high-quality outputs across digital platforms. You will work across multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and clients while maintaining creative excellence and consistency. The role requires both strong creative instincts and technical expertise in editing, motion design, audio, and color. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and is comfortable managing multiple creative workflows simultaneously.
Your Impact
You will play a critical role in elevating the quality and effectiveness of video content across campaigns and brand initiatives. Your work will directly influence audience engagement, brand perception, and campaign performance through compelling storytelling and polished execution. By improving production efficiency and maintaining high creative standards, you will help deliver consistent, high-impact multimedia outputs. You will also contribute to stronger collaboration across creative and marketing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing – 50%
- Edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Shape narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact through strong storytelling techniques.
- Perform professional color correction and grading to enhance visual quality.
- Execute audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design integration.
- Deliver final outputs optimized for multiple platforms and formats.
Motion Graphics & Visual Effects – 25%
- Create 2D motion graphics, animated titles, and visual elements.
- Design engaging overlays, transitions, and branded motion systems.
- Support explainer videos, promotional content, and social-first assets.
- Collaborate on visual direction for motion-based storytelling.
Multimedia & Creative Support – 15%
- Develop supporting graphic assets for video and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders on creative direction.
- Ensure visual consistency across all outputs aligned with brand guidelines.
Project Ownership & Collaboration – 10%
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate client feedback effectively.
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Must-Haves (Required)
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling, motion graphics, and post-production work.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools.
- Strong understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling principles.
- Experience working in agency, studio, or multi-brand environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Experience with 3D motion graphics or animation.
- Graphic design capabilities supporting multimedia content.
- Experience optimizing content for social-first platforms.
- Client-facing presentation or creative review experience.
