About the Work
- Implement and manage advertising campaigns across all of theScore’s digital and mobile platforms.
- Establish techniques, practices and processes to support and optimize the delivery of successful campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to develop and implement campaign optimization strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and improvements to the customer and advertiser experience.
- Run, analyze and offer insights on reports, maintain calendars of flight dates and renewals, and coordinate with sales staff.
- Ensure that campaign reporting and performance management dashboards are maintained.
- Implement and test new ad products and integrations.
- Other duties as required.
About You
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including web, mobile app, and programmatic concepts”.

- Knowledge of/experience with third party ad servers - Google Ad Manager & Teads preferred.
- Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills and a strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Intermediate skills in HTML, familiarity with JS, CSS, SQL, web coding concepts, and third-party ad tags.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms considered a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and an ability to come up with unique solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Ability to work after hours occasionally.

Salary Range
$50,000—$62,000 CAD
