We were founded in 2004 and operate in the software development industry, with 11-50 employees. We develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to help individuals perform better and make informed decisions in high-stress and uncertain environments. Our clients include the US Department of Defense, security agencies, local governments, and corporate enterprises. We specialize in Command and Control, Decision Support, Intelligent Automation, and Computational Social Science.

Some of our solutions include SRTS® (resilience building), IDEAS (swarm authoring and simulation), VISTA (UAV imagery visualization), ASAR (rescuee localization), AID-MEDIC (Mass Casualty Incident response), TrainDX (immersive training assessment), Social Impact Pro (social media intelligence), JIST (social science prediction), and OssaViz (interactive data visualization). Our technical domains include Decision Support, Social Computing, Human Performance & Training, Disaster Response, Cyber Operations, and Intelligent Control of Autonomous Systems. In January 2020, we received a strategic investment from Pacific Defense Inc. to integrate our AI capabilities with Pacific Defense’s product portfolio for Electro-Magnetic Spectrum (EMS) operations.

A 401K plan is available immediately upon hire, with a company match of up to 5% of your salary after one year of employment. We provide a generous allotment of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO), with an extra week accrued per year once you complete 5 years of service. We maintain a flexible schedule, with core hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays. You are eligible for a sizable bonus through our referral program for new hires. Tuition reimbursement is available for professional development courses, seminars, and conferences. Our work environment is casual, and we provide snacks, fruity & caffeinated beverages, monthly Bagel Days, and often Doughnut Fridays.
