Dubbed “The Spotify for Textbooks,” Perlego gives learners unlimited access to our catalogue of 1.5 million ebooks from over 9,000 of the world’s leading publishers. About the team
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing B2B Account Management Team, responsible for delivering a great experience to the customers who use our platform. We’re a lean team whose goal is to grow and maintain Perlego’s existing B2B revenue by building and nurturing relationships with our customers. Our global customer base of over 400 partners are at the heart of everything we do, so ensuring their journey with Perlego is smooth from onboarding to renewal is crucial. We work closely with Operations, Finance, Product, Content and Marketing, so this is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to work cross-functionally within a high-growth start-up environment.

In this role, you will:
- Drive Customer Success responsibilities within the Account Management function and build up to being responsible for an individual revenue quota within your first year at Perlego
- Work closely with each Account Manager to identify target accounts and effectively onboard customers and drive success that ultimately results in growth and renewal
- Act as the first point of contact for hundreds of our partners who need assistance on their journey towards full product adoption and engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with customers and know how to identify areas of improvement to be able to drive product adoption & usage to successful contract renewals
- Consistently utilise engagement metrics to identify areas of improvement as well as opportunities
- Gather user feedback and work with colleagues across the business to help build the best possible product by creating company-wide feedback loops
- Implement strategies to boost levels of customer engagement, ultimately helping to define our Customer Success playbook in the Account Management team
- Help customers achieve their objectives by understanding their success metrics and how to overcome their challenges
- Act as a Platform and Catalogue expert on all things Perlego, delivering webinars and creating newsletters
- Be the Account Executive of your own quota of accounts from September onwards, with a full annual quota and target in place from 2027
