Job Description

Precision Medicine Group are hiring a Benefits Associate based remotely in the UK to join our team.

The Benefits Associate supports the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs globally, with primary operational support for the US/Canada. The role is responsible for benefit administration activities including enrolments, vendor coordination, employee inquiries, data integrity, reporting, documentation, and support of renewal and implementation activities. Partners closely with Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, HR Operations, and external vendors to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of employee benefits programs

Essential duties:

  • Administers benefit programs across assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local laws and internal policies.

  • Supports the ongoing relationship with brokers, insurers, and third-party providers across markets.

  • Serves as a point of contact for local HR teams and employees regarding benefits-related queries.

  • Coordinates benefit renewals, employee enrolments, and offboarding processes across US and globally.

  • Ensures all benefit enrolment documentation, data entries, and system updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Supports the preparation and submittal of benefits data for annual market surveys; supports collection and organization of market and benchmarking data.

  • Supports the tracking and implementation of regulatory changes to ensure programs remain compliant.

  • Collaborates with payroll, HRIS, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations and reporting, including all premium remittance and processing to vendors/insurers.

  • Supports implementation activities for new benefits offerings and enhancements.

  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and country-specific benefits overviews

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates should ideally have around 2-4 years of benefits administration experience with multi-country exposure including US/Canada.

  • Experience working with benefit plan vendors, and brokers in an international environment.

  • Previous experience in CRO/Pharma industry desirable although not essential

  • Prior involvement in global benefits design, renewals, or benefits harmonization

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language.
