In project-based roles, you’ll often lead and support qualitative projects, serving as a client contact. This includes developing proposals, designing research instruments and analytical frameworks, overseeing fieldwork, and moderating discussions. You’ll translate interviews into structured analyses, coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery across multiple projects, and collaborate on questionnaire design, analysis, and reporting while communicating with clients and remote teams.

For software development roles, you’ll own projects from start to finish, architecting and engineering solutions independently. This means designing for various screen sizes and device types, ensuring usability and accessibility. You’ll collaborate with product managers, content producers, QA engineers, and release engineers to move solutions from development to production.
