We are a beauty and personal care contract manufacturer, founded in 1983. We offer full-spectrum development and production for skin, hair, body, and sun care products. Our services cover everything from concept development to shipping, including formulation, testing, quality control, packaging, manufacturing, and filling.

We work with Indie, Emerging, and Established brands on projects such as custom development, reverse engineering, improving stability and efficacy, and cleaning up formulations to meet natural and organic standards. Our specialties include: Sun Care, OTC Pharmaceutical Preparations, Hair Care, Skin Care, Body Care, Home Fragrance, Cosmetics and Toiletries, Custom Formulation, Clean Beauty, Sustainable Supply Chain, R&D Formulation, OTC Certification, Contract Manufacturing, and Natural and Organic Beauty.

We operate facilities in Miami, Medley, and Miami Lakes, Florida; Torrance, California; and New York City. In 2021, we acquired Cosmetic Development Laboratories (CDL) and later welcomed Mana Products.

We use Element by Prime Matter Labs, a cloud-based production platform, for real-time collaboration and visibility throughout development and production. We also specialize in Bag-On-Valve and Anhydrous product development and production.

We are a team of 51-200 employees. Our leadership team includes a CEO, CSO, CFO, VP of Prime Matter Labs East BU, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Prime Matter Labs West BU, Director and Chief of Staff, Senior Director of Supply Chain, and VP of Technology. The company was founded by Mohamed Barakat, Frank Linares, and Maged “Mark” Barakat.
