Position job tasks & responsibilities:
· Monitor and prioritize workload of a software development team, planning to maximize efficiency to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and quality standards.
· Allocate team members effectively to ensure optimal utilization of talent and meet project deadlines.
· Conduct technical discussions and/or presentations with customers and elaborate on technical solutions for country bids (on demand).
· Develop and manage the after-sales client relations and clarify outcome expectations to maximize opportunities for cross-selling and repeat selling.
· Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to software development team members.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them solve complex problems and making sound technical decisions.
· Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
· University Degree in Computer Science or similar.
· 3+ years of experience in a similar position, leading software team.
· Hands-on experience with multiple technologies C++/Java/Android is strong advantage.
· Experience with projects in the payment domain is considered a significant advantage.
· Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
· Ability to inspire and motivate the team, passionate about technologies.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
