We offer child care management software that helps centers operate smoothly, improve interactions with parents, and automate payments. Our software helps you organize family information, track attendance, and automate tuition collection.

We serve various organizations, including child care centers (in-home daycare, single and multi-centers, franchises), before and after school programs (school districts, YMCAs, churches), and youth organizations (YMCAs, summer and youth camps, churches).

Our features include contactless check-in, staff management, and tools for family engagement and reporting. Our platform also tracks child activities, manages family and staff messaging, helps with meal planning, payroll, financial reporting, business planning, staff time tracking and scheduling, and registration payments. For tuition, we handle processing, subsidy management, payment reminders, and annual tax statements. For classroom management, we support activity planning, curriculum development, assessments, and state compliance reporting. Tuition Express is our payment processing system.

We’ve been providing software since 1992, working with over 100,000 child care centers, before and after school programs, and youth organizations. We’re a software development company specializing in solutions for childcare, daycare, mobile apps, and after-school programs. We also have a version for smaller centers and in-home daycare providers.
