Job Overview:
The Sales Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Executive, helping to streamline workflows, track data, and assist with client support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, enabling them to handle various tasks and ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as managing workflow, tracking data, providing client support, and handling other administrative operations.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel bookings and manage related arrangements for the Sales Executive and team as needed.
- Data Management: Prepare spreadsheets, keep online records, and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Operational Support: Provide operational and administrative support to the assigned business unit, helping to coordinate and organize workflow for department projects.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, prepare documents/packages for mailing, and develop and maintain administration procedures, manuals, and office files.
- Facilities Coordination: Coordinate facilities support, including organizing resources and materials for the department.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and work standards.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other administrative and job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
