About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team — a wellness brand redefining the modern humidifier. This role supports campaign coordination, influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and general support across our marketing team.
You’ll play a key part in helping projects run smoothly — from tracking campaign deliverables to coordinating influencer gifting and maintaining organized systems across Asana, Notion, and Dropbox. You’ll also play a key role in marketing research, helping the team stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and curiosity, bringing calm focus and structure to a fast-paced, wellness-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Marketing Coordination
- Assist the marketing team with campaign logistics, timelines, and creative deliverables.
- Support rollout updates across website, email, and social channels by keeping internal tasks aligned in Asana or Notion.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders (design, operations, customer service) to align on marketing rollouts.
- Help maintain Dropbox organization for new photos, videos, and assets.
Marketing Research + Insights
- Conduct light research on competitor campaigns, seasonal offers, and social content trends.
- Gather inspiration decks and examples for upcoming campaigns, partnerships, or influencer programs.
- Maintain simple reference logs or Notion pages for recurring research (e.g., influencer discovery, brand collaborations, PR opportunities).
- Monitor relevant creator or category trends to help the team identify new opportunities.
Influencer Coordination
- Support influencer and affiliate programs through outreach, gifting logistics, and campaign follow-up.
- Maintain communication with creators and ambassadors, ensuring timely delivery of products and assets.
- Track influencer content performance and maintain up-to-date reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to organize campaigns and UGC sourcing.
Partnership & Collaboration Support
- Assist with outreach and coordination for brand collaborations, giveaways, and co-branded projects.
- Support PR + Partnerships with partner communication, product samples coordination, and deliverable tracking.
- Help organize media and partner gifting initiatives, ensuring shipments and usage rights are properly documented across Notion, Dropbox and Asana.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, influencer marketing, and/or partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Asana (or similar project management tools).
- Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving team environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with creators or agencies in DTC, CPG, or lifestyle/wellness brands.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ) or Shopify-based marketing.
- Understanding of social media trends and performance metrics.
- Interest in wellness, clean design, and building authentic brand communities.
