We are a woman-owned business (WBE/DBE/SBE certified) founded in 2008. We specialize in Division of State Architecture (DSA) project closeout, document archiving, and organization for K-12 and Community College districts, as well as architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
We help clients resolve project issues, organize documents, and work with the Division of the State Architect to meet project requirements. Our services include:

She leads the team, specializing in project coordination, Title 5 compliance, the DSA Project Certification Guide, DSA Interpretation of Regulations and Code compliance Title 24, DSA processes, and project closeout.
We diligently resolve problems and organize document systems, maintaining direct, positive relationships with DSA staff. Our detail-oriented approach and deep knowledge of DSA requirements guide our work.
