We are a full-service nonprofit consulting firm specializing in relationship-based fundraising. We support nonprofit organizations with various missions, including arts, education, healthcare, hunger, disaster relief, and social services. Our services help unlock fundraising potential by engaging staff, volunteers, donors, and clients. We offer fundraising strategy development, training, board development, and capacity-building. Our specific services include project management, principal gifts, major gifts, foundations, corporate philanthropy, board engagement, development assessment, campaign management, and revenue growth. We use our frontline experience to create a roadmap that helps nonprofits generate diversified, sustainable revenue. We work closely with client teams to deliver results and build a strong base for future success. We operate within the Non-profit Organizations industry and have 11-50 employees.

Our mission is to help nonprofits reach their fundraising potential so their missions can thrive. We were founded by fundraisers for fundraisers, aiming to make the process easier and more effective. We believe successful nonprofits are communities unified by a shared mission, and effective fundraising comes from harnessing these communities’ power. Relationships are essential in fundraising. Nonprofits are vital to society, and thriving communities need thriving nonprofits. We also believe every individual – within a community, organization, or company – needs space, resources, and support to thrive. Fundraising, in our view, positively impacts everyone involved: those served by the mission, donors, volunteers, and staff.
