We were founded in 2010 and operate as part of MRO. Our core services include Enterprise Clinical Data Management (eCDM™), clinical data curation, clinical data exchange, and revenue integrity solutions. We help healthcare organizations turn fragmented data into actionable insights, leading to better decisions, more precise operations, faster research, and improved patient care.

Our model combines FHIR-native connectivity, clinical expertise, and advanced automation to manage enterprise clinical data. This improves security, compliance, and clinical integrity for our partners. Our platform offers solutions for managing data related to quality measurement and improvement, cardiovascular health, oncology, research, and trauma. We work with hospitals, health systems, life sciences organizations, providers, and payers, partnering with over 1,200 hospitals. Our eCDM® approach uses AI-enabled technology, clinical data experts, and insights to standardize, validate, and transform data from capture to analytics.

We employ over 1,000 clinical data experts; 70% have a nursing background across more than 300 specialties. We invest over 140,000 hours annually in quality assurance. Our clients often see up to 50% ROI through improved operational efficiency and new revenue streams.

Our team members work across Corporate, Clinical, and Product and Engineering functions. The Q-Centrix Institute provides training for new full-time Clinical Data Specialists with clinical backgrounds. Some positions may involve travel.
