We provide a digital care management platform for patients undergoing specialty surgical procedures. Our platform helps improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes, while giving healthcare providers data tools and automated workflows. Hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and health systems use our platform to standardize care, reduce variation, and boost efficiency. Our solutions include EHR-integrated digital patient engagement, remote monitoring, and automated collection of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).

Our platform offers personalized education, remote monitoring, and patient engagement features. It includes a library of configurable, clinically validated care instructions and virtual physical therapy programs. We also offer PROMs collection and remote monitoring to track patient adherence and recovery, as well as insights for clinical teams to spot potential issues. The platform has direct messaging for patient triage and secure communication, and configurable service lines for specialties like Orthopedics and Cardiology. We are 100% SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant.

Over 15 years, our platform has shown tangible results: we’ve helped save $3,000 per surgical patient and achieved an 89% PROMs collection rate. Patients reported 95% readiness for surgery. Our platform also led to a 26% reduction in 90-day hospital readmissions, a 30% reduction in hospital length-of-stay, and 88% patient engagement throughout their care.

Bronwyn Spira founded Force Therapeutics in 2010, and Mark Lieberman serves as President and Founder. We have a team of 11-50 employees and are a fast-paced digital health company. Our culture is built on a diverse and dynamic group of people united by our mission and values.
