Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Financial Consultant (Manager level or strong Senior Consultant ready for promotion) to support banking and financial services finance transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and solution-shaping capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have Big 4 consulting experience, a sharp strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Big 4 consulting background (Manager or strong Senior Consultant ready for Manager).
Proven experience in banking or financial services finance transformation.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.
Hands-on experience with:
Stakeholder discovery
Target-state design
Roadmap and value case development
Ability to work closely with senior leaders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, and solution design efforts.
Exposure to finance operating models, transformation frameworks, or enterprise change initiatives.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
