SAP Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX, USA

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP Project Manager to lead and manage complex SAP implementation and data migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP, proven project management skills, and the ability to effectively lead and mentor project teams. This role requires a candidate who is local to the Dallas area, or willing to relocate, and comfortable with travel as needed. The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP implementation and data migration projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Manage data migration activities, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Travel to client sites as required to support project activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex SAP implementation and data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Experience with data migration methodologies and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Must be local to the Dallas area or willing to relocate.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
