Quandela is hiring a Project Management Intern for a 6-month internship (final-year or gap year P2), starting March/June 2026.

Description of the Project
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to the coordination, structuring and delivery of client projects at Quandela. You will work at the intersection of technical teams, industrial partners and internal stakeholders
Your Key Responsibilities
Project coordination & organization
- Support the organization and follow-up of Design Thinking workshops (RATP, Equans, Rolls-Royce, etc.).
- Prepare and coordinate project kick-off meetings.
- Organize project committees (COPROJ) and steering committees (COPIL).
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the project communication roadmap
Project portfolio tracking
- Maintain project tracking dashboards:
- key deliverables and milestones
- timelines and progress
- team time tracking
- Follow technical meetings and alignment sessions.
- Support GO / NO-GO project reviews.
Client satisfaction & reporting
- Deploy and analyze customer satisfaction surveys.
- Consolidate feedback and suggest improvement actions.
Tools & process improvement
Contribute to the setup and configuration of project and portfolio management tools (Jira, Airtable, Notion, dashboards, etc.).
Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
Student in engineering school.
Strong interest in project management, technology and innovation.
Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, Notion, Jira, Google Workspace…).
Well organized, structured and proactive.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in French, professional English required.
