The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be working to drive growth across Raketech’s publisher network in the Nordic markets. This role focuses on identifying high-potential partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and unlocking new growth opportunities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
You will act as a strategic partner to publishers, combining market insight, performance analysis, and commercial thinking to scale traffic, improve conversion, and maximise long-term value. This is an ideal role for someone with strong knowledge of the Nordic iGaming landscape, a growth mindset, and the ability to build and expand high-performing partnerships.
As a Publisher Growth Manager, you are expected to:
Identify and develop new publisher partnerships within Nordic markets, with a focus on long-term growth potential
Manage and grow existing publisher relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to optimise performance
Drive market-specific growth initiatives tailored to Nordic user behaviour, trends, and regulations
Analyse traffic, conversion, and revenue data to identify opportunities and improve performance
Collaborate closely with internal teams (SEO, Product, Commercial) to align on growth strategies
Build and execute plans to expand Raketech’s presence across key Nordic channels and publishers
Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the Nordics
Proactively contribute ideas to improve publisher performance and overall market strategy
Own and deliver against KPIs related to traffic, revenue, and market expansion
Requirements
Proven experience in a Publisher Growth / Affiliate / Partnership role within iGaming
Strong knowledge of Nordic markets (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark)
Existing network of publishers within the Nordic region is a strong advantage
Understanding of regulated markets and market-specific dynamics
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a focus on growth and performance
Ability to build strategic relationships and influence partners
Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment
Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
