We are a nonprofit that develops software and data pipelines for state prison agencies and departments of corrections. Our technology helps improve criminal justice outcomes, safely reduce incarceration, and improve reentry outcomes.

We partner with state prison agency leaders to assess their needs, deploy our products, and ensure their long-term impact. Our products include mission-critical software, web applications, and data pipelines. We design these to create an open criminal justice data ecosystem.

We collaborate with engineers, designers, and justice system leaders to define product roadmaps and deliver solutions. Our work involves engaging with various stakeholders, including parole officers, case managers, supervisors, and justice-impacted individuals. We operate in the United States, focusing on state-level partnerships. Some roles require travel to correctional settings, including prisons and parole offices.
