The Position

Redox is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to monitor regulatory compliance across all Redox markets and locations.

  • Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager
  • Regularly reviewing new and existing legislation in respect to Redox operations
  • Monitoring and interpreting regulatory issues for the business across all industries and locations
  • Assess impact of changes in regulatory requirements on our products and operations
  • Develop and maintain strategies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Deliver high quality technical advice and support to stakeholders
  • Reviewing regulatory agency submissions to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Managing licences and permits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Ensuring relevant permits, approvals and product registrations are in place and maintained (ie: Quarantine, precursors, Dangerous Goods, APVMA etc)
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations, corporate guidelines and standards
  • Manage activities such as audits and regulatory agency inspections

About You

  • At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • A degree in Law or Science, particularly Chemistry, would be an advantage
  • Well versed in Australian chemical regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals, TGA, FSANZ, AICIS, and scheduled drugs and poisons.
  • An understanding and appreciation for the importance of compliance and quality documentation
  • Impeccable communication, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, and an incredible ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks
  • Initiative in a continually and rapidly progressive environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
