The Position
Redox is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to monitor regulatory compliance across all Redox markets and locations.
- Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager
- Regularly reviewing new and existing legislation in respect to Redox operations
- Monitoring and interpreting regulatory issues for the business across all industries and locations
- Assess impact of changes in regulatory requirements on our products and operations
- Develop and maintain strategies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver high quality technical advice and support to stakeholders
- Reviewing regulatory agency submissions to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Managing licences and permits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensuring relevant permits, approvals and product registrations are in place and maintained (ie: Quarantine, precursors, Dangerous Goods, APVMA etc)
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations, corporate guidelines and standards
- Manage activities such as audits and regulatory agency inspections
About You
- At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- A degree in Law or Science, particularly Chemistry, would be an advantage
- Well versed in Australian chemical regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals, TGA, FSANZ, AICIS, and scheduled drugs and poisons.
- An understanding and appreciation for the importance of compliance and quality documentation
- Impeccable communication, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, and an incredible ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks
- Initiative in a continually and rapidly progressive environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
