RegASK augments Regulatory Affairs teams, combining AI efficiency and community-driven intelligence to streamline compliance across the product lifecycle. POSITION OVERVIEW
Own a slice of the RegASK product portfolio and drive it from strategy to successful, measurable outcomes. You will translate regulatory complexity and customer pain points into simple, delightful features that ship on our two-month release cadence.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy & roadmap aligned to company OKRs and market trends; validate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, design, data, compliance) through discovery, prioritization, sprint planning, and release
- Write crisp epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using the Pragmatic and Agile frameworks we follow
- Own backlog & delivery: balance quick wins with strategic bets, clear blockers, and manage scope against capacity
- Champion the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing) for enablement content, launch plans, and demos
- Stay on top of RegTech & AI trends; propose data-driven opportunities to keep RegASK ahead of the curve
Requirements:
- 3-6 years’ experience in SaaS product management, ideally B2B or compliance-focused products
- Proven track record shipping features end-to-end in Agile environments (Jira/Confluence a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with dashboards, BI, A/B tests, and defining success metrics
- Empathy for users and the ability to translate complex domain requirements into elegant solutions
- Excellent communication: can align execs, engineers, and customers around a common narrative
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, enterprise integrations (SSO, APIs), or regulated industries is advantageous
