We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Operations coordinator Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring a client portal, identifying new requests in a self-assignment pool, and quickly securing them for the team’s workload.
The position requires consistent attention to detail and the ability to act promptly when new tasks become available. You will use both a client portal and a dedicated browser extension to support your daily workflow. Communication with the wider team is also key, particularly when requests are obtained or when issues arise.
Responsibilities:
· Log in to a client portal with provided credentials and regularly check the self-assignment pool for new requests.
· Refresh and monitor the portal page to identify when new requests appear.
· Promptly claim available requests to add them to your assigned task list.
· Use a provided browser extension to receive reminders, track check activity, and support workflow compliance.
· Utilize two-factor authentication on both the client portal and the extension.
· Communicate effectively with the team via Microsoft Office tools and Slack to report new assignments or escalate issues.
Qualifications
- B.A / B.com / BBA – 2025 Pass-out.
- Reliable internet connectivity and speed when working remotely.
- Strong attention to detail, quick response times, and consistency in monitoring tasks.
- Comfortable with basic productivity and communication tools (Microsoft Office, Slack).
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong written communication skills.
