Join our People Operations team and see what it really takes to run People processes at scale across 40+ countries. From supporting employee lifecycle changes to improving internal workflows, you’ll get hands-on experience in how a global company keeps its people operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.
If you’re curious about how HR works behind the scenes in a fast-moving tech company, this is your front-row seat.
Supporting employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding across different countries. Assisting with document preparation and maintaining accurate employee records in our systems. Reviewing and improving internal process guides and documentation. Collaborating with People Partners, Payroll, and People Technology to ensure smooth operations. Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives. Responding to internal queries and supporting a high-quality employee experience at scale.
You are currently studying or have recently graduated in HR, Business, Law, or a related field. You are organised and pay strong attention to detail. You are comfortable working with documents and data. You are proactive, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy solving problems and thinking about how processes can be improved. You are curious and motivated to learn how People Operations works in a global environment.
Experience is great, but what matters most is drive, intelligence, and integrity. Even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
