Rincon Consultants

We started Rincon Consultants in 1994 as an environmental sciences, planning, and engineering consulting firm. Today, we serve government and industry clients from twelve offices across California. Our main areas of work include Environmental Planning, Biological Resources Assessment and Regulatory Compliance, Cultural Resources, Water Resources, Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation, and Sustainability Services. We also have a GIS and Graphics team that helps with data analysis and documentation.

Our projects cover a wide range of sectors such as utilities, energy, water, transportation, infrastructure, private development, and government. For example, we manage complex biological and permitting projects, creating Biological Resource Assessments, CEQA/NEPA biological sections, delineations, and restoration plans. We also conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater and soil vapor monitoring, remediation programs, and stormwater compliance projects. Our goal is to provide effective, cost-efficient solutions designed specifically for each client’s needs.
