- Measurable outcomes: We track completion and placement rates, barriers removed, employer demand met, and participant progress across the system. This data helps demonstrate program value and economic impact; for example, a 1% improvement in workforce outcomes in one region equated to $37 million in annual economic impact.
- Participant empowerment: Participants receive access to their own portal where they can explore career paths, track progress, access resources, view milestones and training goals, discover jobs matching their skills, and request help for barriers.
In the past year, our partner communities facilitated over 23,812 meaningful connections, supported 465 people in launching new careers, helped 1,611 participants gain skills through training, and achieved an average hourly wage of $17.71 for participants.
