Founded in 1999, we are a national managed care firm. We help clients like insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and government entities manage costs and care in workers’ compensation, auto, liability, and group health markets.

We offer cost reduction services, including Medical Bill Review, Specialty Bill Review & Nurse Audit, Hospital Bill Review, and Provider Negotiations. These services typically save clients over 60% on bill reviews through fee schedule/UCR rates, network discounts, nurse audits, provider negotiations, and embedded fraud detection. Our care optimization services include Early Intervention Programs, Telephonic Case Management, Utilization Review, Peer Review, and Physician Pharmacy Review. We also provide analytics and technology solutions such as Advanced Analytics, Risk Modeling, Rx Intelligence, and a Payer Web Portal. Our proprietary VISION™ platform is a multi-product, multi-line, single-sign-on medical management enterprise system.

Since 2013, we have conducted and published the annual Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Study, which examines claims management. We have offices in Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; and Carmel, IN.
